Four were injured -- three critically -- after a man walked into a Walmart in Ohio and began shooting, police said.
Authorities said the incident happened around 8:35 p.m. ET on Monday in Beavercreek, 10 miles southeast of Dayton.
The four victims were transported to area hospitals, police said. Three remain in critical condition Tuesday, police said, while a fourth has non-life-threatening injuries.
"Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and families impacted by this horrific tragedy," the Beavercreek Police Department said in a statement.
