Keep bumpin’ that: Charli XCX has announced “a brand new version” of “Brat,” which is presumably a remix album, out Oct. 11

Announced as “Brat and it’s completely different but also still brat,” the project contains 16 songs, five of which are previously released remixes of songs from the original album.

While the other 11 songs have not yet been revealed, the album features “360” with Robyn and Yung Lean, “Von dutch” with Addison Rae, “Girl, so confusing” with Lorde, “Guess” with Billie Eilish and “Talk talk” with Troye Sivan, which was announced earlier this week and dropped alongside this announcement.

The album will also include a second disc, which is the original tracklist of “Brat” plus its three bonus tracks.

Charli XCX is just days away from launching her “Sweat” tour with Sivan, which will take the two of them to arenas across North America, including New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Sept. 23 and L.A.’s Kia Forum on Oct. 15.

“Brat,” which captured the cultural (and, for a second, the political) zeitgeist with its hyperpop-influenced club bangers and slime-green aesthetic, became the album of the summer. After its June 7 release, the record earned rave reviews and was adored by fans. It also became fodder for TikTok dances and memes, which went as far as the Kamala Harris campaign adopting the elusive concept of “brat.”

As “Brat” continues into its next season, Charli XCX is also lining up other projects in Hollywood. She’s co-executive producing the score for A24’s “Mother Mary” with Jack Antonoff and producing original music for Benito Skinner’s Amazon series “Overcompensating.” Also, Charli will appear as an actor in Daniel Goldhaber’s “Faces of Death” remake and Greg Araki’s erotic thriller “I Want Your Sex.”
