Joe Biden is set to address the nation in his first public appearance since Donald Trump won the 2024 presidential election.
The President is delivering a speech from the White House Rose Garden at 11am in which he is expected to discuss the election results and the transition of power.
Mr Biden had a call with the President-elect on Wednesday in which he “expressed his commitment to ensuring a smooth transition” and invited Mr Trump for a meeting at the White House.
