The crew picked Fred Hogan of Lynn for the "Clock Blockers" prank, probably because in his Finals cap and T-shirt, he looked the part of a diehard.
The film crew, posing as a TD Garden/Celtics hype team, had Hogan film a promo.
"Celtics basketball," Hogan said enthusiastically as someone off-camera tossed a ball at him. "Catch it!"
It wasn't quite perfect. The crew wanted to film it again. And again. And again.
Meanwhile, the clock was ticking down in the fourth quarter.

"Celtics basketball," Hogan said in another take. "You'd be crazy to leave your seat."
By then, the poor guy had been away from his seat for way too long.
